BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservations made by our users through our websites (“Website”) are governed by the conditions (“The Conditions”) described below. Booking services (“Service”) through EnjoyTenerife.es implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following conditions. These Conditions do not cover the booking of our services by third parties outside the Website.
Please read these Conditions carefully before making a reservation on our Website. If you do not accept these Conditions, you will not be able to make a reservation.
1. Possibility of modification of these conditions and commercial offer
ENJOY TENERIFE S.L. may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). However, modifications will not affect reservations already made by our users.
2. How can I book on the website?
The booking of our services by the user is made and completed through the booking procedure described in this section. When booking our services, you agree that communications with ENJOY TENERIFE S.L. will be primarily through electronic means.
To proceed with making a reservation on our website, you just need to follow these steps:

- To make the reservation, the user must first select the date, apartment or villa, number of people, possible extras, and discount coupon if available.
- The next step is to complete a form with the personal data of the user making the reservation, including credit card details.
- To finalize the reservation with ENJOY TENERIFE S.L., you must accept the booking conditions, legal notice, privacy policy, and our cookie policy.
- The reservation will be completed when the user receives their confirmation which will detail the services that the user has booked. This confirmation must be presented upon arrival at the accommodation.
3. Price of services
The price indicated at all times next to our services includes added taxes. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if any user has made a purchase decision based on this error, we will immediately communicate this incident and the user will have the right to cancel their reservation at no cost.
4. Concepts included in the price
The price includes exclusive use of the furnished and equipped villa or apartment and its facilities. Water, gas, and electricity consumption are included in the prices, as well as the use of all villa or apartment equipment (sheets, towels, kitchenware, appliances, etc.). Regardless of the cleaning regime established by default in each property, Enjoy Tenerife offers its clients the possibility of including other options, adapting the rental price to the frequency of the chosen cleaning service.
5. Payments
At the time of booking and for confirmation, the user must provide credit card details that will serve as a guarantee for the reservation. Your reservation will be fully guaranteed upon receiving email confirmation.
The receipt of any amount in our bank account does not itself constitute the formalization of a reservation. A reservation is considered confirmed from the moment the client receives the confirmation voucher issued by Enjoy Tenerife. The amount requested as a booking deposit varies according to the conditions established by the owners of each property, and the remaining balance must be paid before the handover of keys, in the manner determined in the specific conditions of each house or villa.
In some situations, the client may wish to change some details (e.g., name changes, dates). Any changes to your reservation must be communicated in writing to Enjoy Tenerife as soon as possible.
5.1 Security Deposit
A security deposit specified in each channel and on the website must be deposited before entering the villa or apartment, which will be used to cover damage, breakage, or any damage to the villa/apartment or its facilities that does not result from normal use and wear of the property. Usually, the deposit is made through a credit card hold (Visa or Mastercard), and ENJOY TENERIFE will collect the card details as a guarantee for possible damages. If the client for any reason does not have a card, ENJOY TENERIFE reserves the right to prohibit entry and cancel the reservation. Alternatively, cash may be accepted for an amount triple the amount established on the portals, before handing over the property keys, and if no damage is observed, it will be unblocked shortly after departure. If this information is not completed, the same reservation cannot be processed.
In case of discovering damage and/or harm to the property, the client (guests) authorizes ENJOY TENERIFE to charge the total amount of damages from the POS in card-not-present mode, without having to request authorization from the client. ENJOY TENERIFE must send invoices for damages to justify the charge.
The client will be the custodian of the assigned property unit and must maintain it with the diligence of a good family man. The client agrees not to leave waste on the property, depositing it in appropriate containers. If this does not happen, the Agency will process a conventional value of €80.00 from the security deposit.
The client agrees to respect the quiet times established in the property rules to avoid disturbing the neighborhood and complex; failure to comply with this rule will result in the Agency retaining a conventional value equal to €200.00 from the security deposit.
5.2 Number of occupants
The total number of people occupying the rented property must not exceed the number of places established in the conditions of each reservation. Generally, the property or villa/apartment owners reserve the right to revoke the reservation at their discretion if this section is not respected, or deduct from the security deposit the amount that the property might claim in this regard.
5.3 Access to the property
Both Enjoy Tenerife staff and the owners or proprietors must have access to the villa or apartment at reasonable times to carry out any necessary maintenance work, as well as in case of breakdown in any of the installations or services.
6. Cancellation
Enjoy Tenerife, acting as an intermediary, will apply in each case the cancellation policy imposed by each owner. However, in case of cancellation, Enjoy Tenerife will negotiate on your behalf with the villa or apartment property to obtain the best possible condition, in accordance with our customer service policy.
7. Valuables
Valuable items that clients may deposit in the property will be under the client’s own responsibility, and the property will not be responsible for their loss or breakage. In rental properties in tourist areas, there is always a certain risk of theft. In case of theft or attempted theft, the client must notify Enjoy Tenerife immediately. Enjoy Tenerife is not responsible for possible losses resulting from theft in the property.
8. Travel Insurance
We recommend ensuring you have a good travel insurance policy that adequately covers incidents such as medical visits, loss of luggage, etc.
9. Passports and Visas
All users, without exception (including children), must have their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or ID card, according to the laws of the country or countries being visited. When trips require it, obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., will be at their own expense. In case of visa rejection by any Authority for particular reasons of the user, or denial of entry into the country for lacking the required requirements, or for defect in the required documentation, or for not carrying it, the accommodation provider declines all responsibility for such events, with any expenses being borne by the consumer, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary withdrawal of services. All users, especially non-EU citizens, are reminded to ensure, before starting the trip, that they have met all applicable rules and requirements regarding visas to be able to enter without problems all countries they will visit. Minors under 18 must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority.

12. Online dispute resolution platform
In compliance with the obligation to inform consumers, established in Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution in consumer matters, ENJOY TENERIFE S.L. informs you that the European Commission provides an online conflict resolution platform that is available at the following link:

13. Applicable law and competent courts
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and disputes or claims arising from them or referring to their purpose or conclusion (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Spanish law.
The user waives their jurisdiction and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
